Hello, my name is Max Braker and I am from San Jose, California. I am a fourth-year General Science Major with a minor in chemistry. I joined the lab in fall 2020, and I am currently working with graduate student, Emily Reeve, to understand how large artery stiffness contributes to cerebrovascular dysfunction and cognitive impairment. I am fascinated in lifestyle changes and medication that can help alleviate the physiological effects of aging. After college, I plan to go to medical school and pursue a career as a physician. In my free time, I love getting outside and going running, playing basketball, and going to the Duck sports games.
