I am a PhD student in the department of Human Physiology. Born and raised in Madison, WI, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and majored in Biology before coming to the University of Oregon. I am interested in investigating the mechanism behind the association of arterial dysfunction and the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as the physiological conditions that foster resilience to Alzheimer’s disease pathology. When I’m not in the lab I enjoy running on the trails around Eugene and travelling out to the Oregon coast.
