Hi, I’m Sky and I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in Fall 2022 with my Bachelor’s in Biology and a minor in Neuroscience. I am interested in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathologies on a cellular and molecular level. More specifically, I am interested in how the aging of large arteries can contribute to AD pathologies in the brain and how this can lead to potential cognitive deficits. In my free time, I enjoy clay making, painting, hiking with my partner and pups, and trying new coffee shops!
